It is important that youth athletes develop a strong foundation as they develop physically and mentally throughout their athletic careers. The FAST Youth Performance program will improve movement mechanics in speed, agility, strength and balance through a series of drills, exercises and games. Young athletes will learn skills and habits that will support their development in athletics and beyond.
With the High Performance Sports Program you will have personal guidance towards your goals with a 2 or 4 day per week program, goal setting, body composition testing (optional) and performance testing. Athletes have the option to train at the FAST facility from 6:30-7:30 pm Monday-Friday with coach Bobby or you can train at FAST during any open gym hours. There are only 10 available slots per month so reserve your spot today!
Bring in your team, group, or school and we will design a program specifically for your athletes and their sport. Let us handle your in-season or off-season strength and conditioning program so you can focus on skill development, coaching and game planning.
This is for the individual looking for one on one attention and individualized programming. Great for those new to training, with specific goals or recovering from an injury. We offer in person training, as well as remote coaching.
